I ONLY accept  bank transfers from  trade account holders,  I don't accept cash in hand, paypal or cheques from trade account holders.

I DO NOT SEND GOODS TO ANY OF THE EU COUNTRIES

This account subscription is for a  TRADE only and therefore I have to confirm you have a bona fide trade status. TRADE includes Retailers, Wholesalers, Saddlers, Saddle Fitters, Clubs, Charities and other Organisations with a reasonable amount of members.If you are not sure if you qualify contact me for confirmation and I can usually sort something out for you if you will be buying on a regular basis.

 

LEATHER CONDITIONER

 

Leather conditioner can be supplied in bulk minimum order is 10 units/tubs, any size, pick and mix. I can supply blank tubs with no labels allowing you to put your own on which you are responsible for to print out and apply. Old Saddlers Blend Leather Conditioner 1988 shall remain the name title  of the product and cannot be changed but all Unicorn Leather Saddlery titles will be removed if requested. Copying of the leather conditioner recipe or attempting to, will not be permitted. I retain all copyright on the written instructions and advice supplied with each tub.

 

 

LOCATAS

 

All Locatas will be supplied with the Locata TM text in them and I can apply your own club, charity or business logos, websites, phone numbers or personalise each locata with your customer's own name free of charge if you want me to.

 

The minimum order is for 20 Locatas for UK account holders and 50 Locatas  for foreign account holders  of ANY SORT (can be mixed colours/styles). 

Occasionally I have to change the suppliers supplying me with the raw materials and therefore some of the colours and styles may vary from the photos on the site.

Once your trade/club/charity/organisation status is confirmed, I will open up an account for you, send you the trade prices of the product/s you wish to re sell and order form via email and you will be able to place orders with me. 

 

On receipt of your order, I will email you a pro forma invoice.

I have approximately a 2-3 weeks lead time on all products.  I will try to advise you of a delivery date. I make all items  to order only, no stock is held and I work alone, so please give me as much notice as possible as I may have other work I am trying to finish before I can start yours. I have other items to make for companies so I tend to get really busy near Christmas and in the Summer months.

 

1. Prices and Terms

 Unicorn Leather Saddlery  reserves the right to alter prices, advisory updates on price increases will be sent out before the prices rise.

All payment MUST be made and funds cleared before goods sent out.

Occasionally colours or descriptions may vary slightly from images/products on the site.

 

2. Carriage

 Goods are consigned by a signed for service.

 You can choose a courier of your own and send me the labels to print out, I will happily attach them to the parcel and make sure your courier picks it up from me safely. If you use your own courier you are liable for any damage or loss by them and I will not replace or refund is any damge or loss occurs.

 

Carriage from me to you usually takes 3-5 working days via  Royal Mail.

All carriage is charged at cost.

Carriage is to UK mainland only (inc Scottish Highlands).

Worldwide orders are charged at cost, please enquire for a quote before you decide to buy.

I will supply tracking details for all goods in transit as soon as I have it.

 

3. Cancellations and returns

 All orders placed and paid for are deemed to be firm commitments.

Unicorn Leather Saddlery does not accept returned ordered goods on trade accounts unless damaged in transit or faulty, see 5 . As trade only it is upto you, the trade customer, to make sure you have the correct style, material or colour of item ordered. I do not take items back purely on the grounds that your customer has changed their minds or you ordered the wrong colour/s or size.These items are custom made to order only and are not stock products. 

 

4. New Customers

Unicorn Leather Saddlery reserves the right to refuse to supply goods until satisfactory trade status is established.

 

5. Damaged Goods/undelivered goods.

 Written notification must be received within 24 hours of receipt of goods, for damaged goods, faulty items and/or shortages. 

Retain all postal packaging, please photo any damage to box/packet the goods arrived in as well as any damage to the goods themselves and send the pictures to me via email on Austin@unicornleather.co.uk

You MUST check all packaging and goods as soon as possible after arrival.

If goods have not been received within 7 days after confirmation of despatch date  please contact me.

For faulty goods, please photo and email the photo to me with written explanation.

Customers who use their own couriers for the transporting of the goods from me are exempt from this and need to take it up with their courier if goods are lost or damaged as I will not refund or replace damgaged or lost goods when a third party courier is used. 

 

6. Retention of Title

 Title to goods supplied will remain with Unicorn Leather Saddlery until full payment is received by Unicorn Leather Saddlery.

 

 Trading with Unicorn Leather Saddlery implies acceptance of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.

 

7. Health and Safety and Legal information

 

 

 

Austin Back of Unicorn Leather Saddlery retains all the design rights and the copyrights to ALL the products sold as wholesale. 

The name Locata is protected by a Trade Mark and is owned by Austin Back. Any breach of my rights by anyone attempting to copy ANY of my TM products, use the name or use my written work without my permission will be dealt with in a court of law by my Patent Attorney.

 

8.General

 

If no orders are received within 6 months of a new account being opened, the account is automatically closed.

Existing account holders who have not placed an order for 18 months since their last order will have their account deleted.

 

No credit card details are taken or stored on this website.

No customer details are stored or sent/sold to third parties.

 

I reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions without notice.
